The same four steps for a new section or a repeat order. How custom development works

    Send drawing or sample

    Email a CAD drawing or a photo with dimensions, or post us a length of the profile you need.

    Section and samples confirmed

    We confirm the section drawing with you, then send physical samples for your approval.

    Production checked against the approved sample

    Each batch is compared with the signed-off sample for section, surface and colour.

03 Factory

We run the lines ourselves

Casings, jamb boards, skirting and custom mouldings are made in our own plant in Henan, China, on the same lines that supply door makers at home, and checked by one QC team before they are packed for export.
