Flat casings and architraves
Flat-backed casing for doors and windows, called architrave in the UK, in primed MDF and finger-jointed pine. Door stop moulding comes off the same lines.

Besides full lengths, we can supply casing cut to length in sets for each door. Send your door sizes and quantities, and tell us how each set should be made up: one face of the wall or both, and whether jambs and door stop go with it.

Common questions about door casings
What materials do you make door casings from?
MDF, WPC, plywood and LVL, and solid wood, all made in our own plant. WPC casings come raw, primed or with CPL film, and D05 has a plywood backing glued into the WPC.
Can you make a door casing to my own profile?
Yes. Send a drawing, a sample or a photo with measurements. We agree the sample with you before production, and custom orders take 15–30 days.
Do you also make door jambs and door stops?
Yes. We make flat door jambs in primed finger-jointed pine and MDF, UK door linings and door stop mouldings, cut to your lengths and shipped with your casings.
What is the minimum order?
One 20ft container, and it is negotiable. Door casings can share the container with skirting, mouldings, wall panels and boards, and the quantity of each profile follows your order.
