A one-piece WPC frame casing, primed ready to paint
DCWPC-3 is extruded in one piece from WPC: wood fibre and plastic are melted together and pushed through a die, a calibrator cools the profile and holds it to size, and it is cut to length. A primer coat is then sprayed on the visible faces, so the casing leaves the plant ready for the final paint.
Standard sections are 45, 60 or 70 mm wide and 12 or 15 mm thick, in 2000 or 2440 mm lengths, to a tolerance of ±0.8 mm. Other profiles and lengths are made to your drawing.
