Follow the casing through our line step by step, then take it apart to see the one-piece WPC profile, the plywood backing glued into it and the CPL film.

Hot WPC is extruded in one piece: face, edge lips, corner and return leg, with an open channel at the back.

A calibrator cools the profile and holds it to size. It is then cut to length.

Plywood is ripped into strips that fit the channel. Glue goes into the channel and the strip is pressed in from the back.

A thin line of hot-melt glue is rolled onto every face the film will cover.

Rollers press the CPL woodgrain film onto the face, round the corner and down the leg.

Three details to mark on your drawing
- Overall section dimensions, return and any rebate or groove.
- Which face carries the CPL, and where the backing meets the frame or fixing.
- Piece length and quantity for each section and CPL decor.

Other WPC profiles →Can the CPL decor match an existing door finish?
Yes. Send a decor reference or physical sample. You approve the colour, texture and sheen on a sample before production.
Can HUAYI make a custom casing profile?
Yes. Send a cross-section drawing with dimensions or a physical sample. We check the tooling and tolerance, then quote and make a sample.
Can casing and skirting be developed as one range?
Yes. Send the profiles, the CPL reference and the quantities for both, and we plan them as one range.
What is the MOQ for this WPC and plywood casing?
One 20ft container, negotiable, and you can mix profiles in it. Custom orders take 15–30 days.
What should be included in the RFQ?
Include the profile drawing or sample, dimensions, CPL reference, quantity by profile and decor, packing and label needs, destination port and target delivery window.
