Wall panels · made in our own plant

WPC and Solid Pine Wall Panels

Nine WPC fluted and grille profiles, 150 to 200 mm wide, in woodgrain, solid and metallic finishes, plus a solid pine grille panel in our solid wood series. We make them in our own plant and load them in the same container as your door casings, skirting and boards.

How it’s made

See how a WPC wall panel is made

Pick a model and follow the panel through our line step by step, then take it apart to see the WPC profile, the glue and the film.

The 3D view is not available in this browser. The steps below describe the same process.

  1. Wood fibre and plastic are melted together and pushed through a die, so the WPC panel comes out in one piece, ribs and clip edges included.

  2. A calibrator cools the profile and holds it to size. It is then cut to length.

  3. A thin line of hot-melt glue is rolled onto the face and both edges.

  4. Rollers press the woodgrain film down into every groove and over both edges. Metallic films go on the same way.

  5. On the wall, each panel clips over the edge of the one before, so the joint closes and the pattern runs on.

Why WPC

Built for interior walls

Clip-in installation

Panels clip into each other, so walls go up quickly with tidy, even joints.

Easy to maintain

The finished surface wipes clean and needs no painting after installation.

Moisture, rot and insects

The wood-plastic composite resists moisture, rot and insects.

Stable shape

Panels do not warp easily and keep their profile on the wall.

WPC finishes

Woodgrain, solid and metallic

Choose from woodgrain films such as walnut, teak, oak and grey, plain solid colours, or metallic finishes. Ask for the current colour card, or send a sample and we will find the closest match.

If the panels go into the same rooms as your door casings and skirting, send those finish references too so the colours can be compared side by side.

Solid wood series

Solid pine grille panels

For walls that should show real wood, we make grille panels from solid pine. The grooved face shows the natural grain and knots, and tongue-and-groove edges join the panels side by side.

Tell us the width, thickness, length and finish you need, and we confirm the profile with a sample before production.

The 3D view is not available in this browser. The steps below describe the same process.

  1. Solid pine boards are dried, planed flat and ripped to width.

  2. A moulder cuts the grooves in the face, the tongue and groove on the edges and the relief grooves in the back. Each panel is one piece of pine.

  3. The face is sanded smooth and the panel stays natural pine.

  4. On the wall, the tongue of one panel slides into the groove of the next, so the panels join side by side.

  3. Production: the lead time for custom orders is 15–30 days.
  4. Loading: wall panels can share a container with door casings, skirting and boards. The minimum order is one 20ft container, and it is negotiable.

Tell us the piece length you need and whether you also need trims, corners or fixing clips, so they are packed with the panels.

Common questions about wall panels

Which WPC wall panel profiles do you make?

Nine profiles from 150 to 200 mm wide, in fluted, grille and perforated designs. The model number gives the width and thickness in mm, for example 195-28.

How are the WPC wall panels installed?

They clip in.

Are WPC wall panels moisture resistant?

Yes. WPC resists moisture, rot and insects, does not warp easily and needs little maintenance.

Do you also make solid wood wall panels?

Yes. Our solid pine grille panels are made from one solid pine board with tongue-and-groove edges, and are left natural without a coating.
