MDF boards made in our own plant
Our MDF boards are made on the same site as our door casings and skirting, so boards and trim can be ordered together and loaded in one container. Three catalogue boards show the range:
- BRMDF-1 moisture-resistant MDF board: sanded surface, smooth and flat; density 730 kg/m³.
- BMDF-2 MDF board: smooth and flat, ready for lamination and further processing; density 650–850 kg/m³.
- BMDF-1 MDF panel: the MDF core faced with melamine in solid colours and woodgrains.
Every board is made with E0, E1 or E2 glue, to the emission class your market asks for.

Start with the board specification
Raw MDF is the starting point for machining or further finishing. A faced board also needs an agreed surface, colour and reverse side.

Where MDF works best
MDF is made from fine wood fibres pressed with resin, so it has no grain and no voids. It machines cleanly, takes paint evenly and gives a flat base for laminates and melamine. Typical uses:
- Furniture and cabinets: panels, doors and drawer fronts
- Wall panels and decoration projects
- Apartment and interior doors
- Shelving and interior joinery
For damp rooms, ask for a moisture-resistant board, seal the edges and keep it away from standing water. Send your size list
Include thickness, dimensions, quantity and intended use. The minimum order is one 20ft container, and it is negotiable; custom orders take 15–30 days. The quotation gives the packing.
