A ready-faced board for furniture
BM-1 is a particle board core pressed between two sheets of melamine-impregnated décor paper. In the short-cycle press the resin in the paper melts and cures, bonding it to the board without extra glue, so the panel leaves the press finished on both faces. The edges stay raw for the furniture maker’s edge banding.
Finishes are glossy, matte, embossed or woodgrain, or made to your décor. The core is 730 kg/m³ or to your order, the glue E0, E1 or E2, and the size and thickness follow your order. Boards are packed on export pallets.

The base board — particle board or MDF — is sanded flat and to thickness.

A sheet of melamine-impregnated décor paper goes under the board and another on top.

A short-cycle hot press closes on the stack. The resin in the paper melts and cures, bonding it to the board without extra glue.

The panel is cooled and the paper overhang is trimmed. The edges stay raw for the furniture maker’s edge banding.
