A one-piece casing in high-density WPC
DCWPC-2 is a right-angle casing extruded in one piece: wood fibre and plastic are melted together, pushed through a die, cooled to size in a calibrator and cut to length. It can leave the plant in its own WPC colour, ready for your finish, or with a CPL coating.
Standard sections are 45, 60 or 70 mm wide and 12 or 15 mm thick, in 2000 or 2440 mm lengths, to a tolerance of ±0.8 mm. A WPC + plywood version is also made, and UV, CPL or PVC finishes can be added.
