The 3D view is not available in this browser. The steps below describe the same process.
-
Wood chips are steamed and ground into fine fibres, which are blended with resin and dried.
-
The fibres are spread evenly into a thick, soft mat.
-
A hot press squeezes the mat to its final thickness and cures the resin.
-
The board is cooled, cut to size and sanded smooth.
