Wood fibre and plastic are melted together and pushed through a die, so the WPC profile comes out in one piece.

A calibrator cools the profile and holds it to size. It is then cut to length.

A primer coat is sprayed on the visible faces. The casing is ready for the final paint.

These are our catalogue sizes. Ask us which are in stock, or send a drawing for a section made to order. The quotation gives the final sizes, grade, minimum order and packing.

Drawing, sample and order
Send your details
Send your drawing or sample, the material, finish, quantities and destination. We check them and come back to you.
Approve the sample
We make a sample. Once you approve it, it sets the standard for the profile, the colour or primer and the checks on your order.
Production and packing
We check production and packing against the approved sample before the goods ship.

No. It comes primed and ready for your final paint, or plain if you order it that way.
Can the primer be matched to our paint process?
Tell us which paint you use and we will send a primed sample, so you can test your paint on it before production.
Can the profile be made from our drawing?
Yes. Send a cross-section with dimensions or a physical sample. We check the tooling and tolerances, then quote.
What are the minimum order and lead time?
The minimum order is one 20ft container, negotiable, and you can mix profiles and finishes in it. Custom orders take 15–30 days.
