CPL wrapped WPC skirting carries the decor of your doors, casing or flooring down to the floor line. Send us a reference and you approve the finish on a sample.
Send the profile, decor, quantity per SKU and packing together. If you also need matching casing, include both cross-sections and the CPL reference, and we quote them as one order.

Wood fibre and plastic are melted together and pushed through a die, so the WPC profile comes out in one piece.

A calibrator cools the profile and holds it to size. It is then cut to length.

A thin line of hot-melt glue is rolled onto every face the film will cover.

Rollers press the CPL woodgrain film onto the face and over both edges.

These are our catalogue sizes. Ask us which are in stock, or send a drawing for a section made to order. The quotation gives the final sizes, grade, minimum order and packing.

Drawing, sample and order
Send your details
Send your drawing or sample, the material, finish, quantities and destination. We check them and come back to you.
Approve the sample
We make a sample. Once you approve it, it sets the standard for the profile, the colour or primer and the checks on your order.
Production and packing
We check production and packing against the approved sample before the goods ship.

Common questions
Can the skirting match a door or flooring decor?
Yes. Send a CPL, flooring or door-surface reference. We make a sample, and once you approve its colour, texture and sheen, it sets the standard.
Can matching casing and skirting be ordered together?
Yes. Send both profiles, the decor reference, quantities and packing, and we quote them together and load them in one container.
Are custom widths and profiles available?
Yes. Send a drawing or sample. The quotation gives the tooling and tolerance for that profile.
Is there one MOQ for every CPL decor?
The minimum order is one 20ft container, negotiable, and you can mix profiles and decors in it. Custom orders take 15–30 days.
What should I send with my enquiry?
The profile drawing, dimensions, CPL or decor reference, quantity per SKU, label and packing needs, destination port and delivery date.
