A WPC casing with a CPL woodgrain finish
DCWPC-4 starts as a one-piece WPC profile: wood fibre and plastic are melted together, extruded through a die and cooled to size. Hot-melt glue is rolled on, and CPL woodgrain film is pressed onto the face, round the corner and down the return, so the casing arrives finished.
Standard sections are 45, 60 or 70 mm wide (1.77, 2.36 or 2.76 in) and 12 or 15 mm thick, in 2000 or 2440 mm lengths, with a tolerance of ±0.8 mm. A WPC + plywood version is also made. Send a décor reference, and the film is agreed against it.

Wood fibre and plastic are melted together and pushed through a die, so the WPC profile comes out in one piece.

A calibrator cools the profile and holds it to size. It is then cut to length.

A thin line of hot-melt glue is rolled onto every face the film will cover.

Rollers press the CPL woodgrain film onto the face, round the corner and down the return.
